Chinajoy 2010 will be Held Concurrently with World Expo

The Organizing Committee of ChinaJoy recently announced that the 8th ChinaJoy will be held from July 29 to August 1 this year, when the World Expo Shanghai is under way. Taking this time advantage, ChinaJoy and its accompanying events, the 8th China Game Business Conference (CGBC 2010), the 3rd China Game Developers Conference (CGDC 2010), and the 1st China Game Outsourcing Conference (CGOC 2010), will contribute to the international cooperation in entertainment, business and R&D among all the game companies.
According to the Organizing Committee, ChinaJoy 2010 will be composed of two centers with events for "entertainment" (locate at Shanghai New International Expo Center) and "business and R&D" (locate at Shanghai International Convention Center). These arrangements are made to enhance the event's business values, provide better services for the global digital entertainment enterprises and personals, especially those Chinese ones, and increase the international standing of ChinaJoy.
