Come and taste the food of Finland Pavilion

Finnish Food Promotion will be held at Luna, Xintiandi in Shanghai from April 01-10 2010, and you will get the chance to taste the food to be served for Finland Pavilion's VIP area during Expo 2010.
The promotion menu will run for lunch and dinner (12:00-2:30pm and 6pm-10:30pm)
In addition, during weekday lunches, 3 Finnish main course items will be featured on Luna’s daily set lunch menu (12:00-2:30pm).

Grilled Salmon tartar, Finnish Soft Rye Bread, Traditional Dill And Mustard Sauce
Smoked Baltic Herring with Potato Salad and White Bread
Cheese Pie with Leek And Cold Smoked Reindeer
Worscmak Spring Roll, Roasted Beetrot (rosemary, balsamico)
Main Course
Chateaubriand fried with garlic and thyme, Finnish cèpes mushroom, and blackcurrant sauce
Roasted salmon, potato terrine flavored with lemon and brown butter, chives and butter sauce
Pan-Fried reindeer fillet with rosemary butter, creamy cooked barley, lingonberry sauce
Pressed lamb shank with honey root vegetables & horseradish flavored potato
Gratinated herb salmon, potato terrine with lemon butter
Dessert
Chocolate mousse flavored with raspberry and berries sauce
Apple pie, berries panna cotta and cinnamon cream
Strawberries seasoned with mint and lemon, vanilla mousse
