"Big Whale"Takes Position

The whale-shaped balloon monitor system, which was invented by 38th Institute of China Electronics Technology Group (CETC), Anhui province, was ready to take its mission during Shanghai Expo, April.23.
The monitor device has been successfully installed and tested recently. It will be applied to monitor public security, meteorological phenomena and environment over the Expo park. Its unique design will also lighten the sky.
