Trade chief Rogers promotes Fiji in China

Fiji Islands Trade and Investment Bureau chief executive officer Annie Rogers meets with potential investors during her trip to China for the opening of Shanghai's Expo 2010.
Ms Rogers took advantage of the trip to hold meetings with groups interested in investing in Fiji.
Areas of interest in this Shanghai meeting were: agriculture, tourism, mahogany, real estate, mining and also programmes such as the Fiji My Second Home. Another meeting was in Jiangsu Province, where potential investors are interested in setting up a large agricultural farming scheme in Fiji.
