Gamma Catering runs under the authority of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, Presence Switzerland, a A La Carte restaurant and a VIP lounge in the Swiss Pavillon at the Expo 2010 in Shanghai.
For this challenging project we are looking for members of staff in kitchen, service and backoffice.
As a company advocating very high quality standards we expect our members of staff to be self-reliant, flexible, with professional behaviour, keen perception and able to work under pressure. Additionally, we expect very good English skills and in certain positions knowledge in Chinese language and culture.

The A La Carte restaurant has a capacity of 160 Seats (80 indoors and 80 outdoors), an open kitchen and is daily open from 9.30 to 22.30. The menu offers traditional but also modern aspects of Swiss cuisine. We serve light dishes and drinks tailored to the Chinese needs.
The VIP lounge will host events between 40 (sit down dinner) and 100 persons (cocktail or similar).
