Agility Fairs & Events Wins Two Star Awards at Shanghai Expo 2010

Agility Fairs & Events Shanghai was recently awarded two Star
Awards for its outstanding contribution towards the launch of Shanghai
Expo 2010. The Awards were presented at a the World Expo Star
ceremony and Gala Dinner organized by the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo
Coordination and were given to those who have made significant
contributions to China’s first hosting of the World Expo.
Agility Fairs & Events received the Star Service Award in the Logistics
Sector and Agility’s Dean Chew, Senior Manager, Special Projects, who is
based in Shanghai, collected the Star Individual Award for his personal
contribution towards the launch of the global event.
Agility Fairs & Events is the Official Logistics Service Provider at Expo
2010 and is one of only three providers that can provide on-site services
at the Expo. It will be the only official international logistics service
provider at the Expo with its own global network, providing national
exhibitors with door-to-door services from Europe, US, Asia, and the
Middle East to and from Shanghai.
“We are very proud to have been honored with these two awards by the
Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination. We were also delighted to have
been awarded the contract as Official Logistics Services Provider for the
Expo and will help to contribute to the events’ success,” said Nat Wong,
President, Agility Fairs and Events.
Shanghai World Expo 2010 will attract millions of visitors to the six
month event, which runs from May-October next year.
“We are very privileged to receive these two awards and feel it is
recognition of Agility’s focus on providing the highest levels of customer
service. We are pleased to be able to provide support for China’s first
World Expo,” said Dean Chew.
