Henry Tang to mark Expo pavilion milestone

Chief Secretary Henry Tang will leave for Shanghai on October 12 to officiate at a ceremony to mark the Hong Kong Pavilion structure's completion at World Expo 2010.
He will also attend a signing ceremony for airport co-operation between Hong Kong and Shanghai.
Secretary for Transport & Housing Eva Cheng, Permanent Secretary for Constitutional & Mainland Affairs Joshua Law and representatives of other departments will also attend the ceremonies.
Mr Tang will return to Hong Kong the next day. During his absence, Secretary for Education Michael Suen will be acting Chief Secretary.
