On average, between 1,800 and 2,000 people are calling at the stand each day, compared to around 400 visiting the likes of Venice and Pondicherry.

More and more visitors were attracted to the Macau and Tak Seng On Pavilions, despite the number of people entering the Shanghai World Expo venue reported a decrease after the Labour Day holiday in the mainland.According to a press statement from the Macau Preparation Office for the 2010 Shanghai Expo, more than 12,000 people visited the “Jade Rabbit” and Tak Seng On Pavilions from May 6 to May 7, representing an increase of 35 percent.

"The most distinguished features of the pavilion are its curtain of woven aluminum and chairlift ride," said Andreas Schmucki, Chief Operating Officer of the Swiss Pavilion. "Our country is portraying itself through an exhibition on the sub-theme of the Expo, Rural-Urban Interaction."

And, for more than a year, I've been met with either a) silence, or b) "we can't do anything unless the pavilion's board of directors approves it."
